This agreement gives you access to a catalog of resources, telephone, email and remote support, and free software updates on demand.
All registered users can access the following online resources:
- Software manuals and other documentation
- Application notes on special software features
We keep registered clients up to date with developments to the software and new features on a regular basis.
xSoft has a superb telecommunications system. It allows our technicians and office staff to answer calls from a number of offices around the country. This should allow your call to get answered quickly and professionally.
If your call is diverted to our answering service, please leave a message. This will also be forwarded to our support desk and dealt with promptly.
Our main office opening hours are: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM till 5:00 PM.
xSoft assists clients outside of our normal office hours. We do not charge any extra for this service provided if it’s not abused.
As with our normal procedure you should contact the main telephone number and leave a message. The message will be forwarded to a number of technicians and should get answered promptly.
