All xSoft products are offered with a comprehensive support agreement.

This support agreement gives you access to a catalogue of resources, telephone, email and remote support, and free software updates on demand.

As well as being able to call or e-mail our help desk, all registered users can access the following online resources:

  • Software Manuals and other documentation
  • Application Notes on special software features

We also keep our Registered clients up to date with developments to the software and new features on a regular basis.

Telephone Support hours

xSoft has a superb telecommunications system that allows any of our support technicians and office staff to answer calls from a number of offices around the country, so your call should get answered quickly and professionally. But should your call be diverted to our answering service, please leave a message as this also will be forwarded onto our support desk and dealt with promptly.

Our main office opening hours are: Monday to Friday -  9:00am till 5:00pm.

After hours

xSoft offers support outside of our normal office hours and do not charge any extra for this service provided if it is not abused.

As with our normal support procedure you should contact the main telephone number and leave a message. This will be forwarded to a number of technicians and should get answered promptly. For very urgent enquiries, log into the support site above for access to mobile support contact numbers.

Remote Support

To enable us to connect to our clients' systems to help and support them, xSoft uses Teamviewer. A widely used, secure and reliable remote connection tool that can also be used and accessed by the client for the same purposes. Please ask if you would like this facility.
